WHO IS SUNIL GODSE

The Story behind Sunil Godse

The Engineer Behind the Signal

I’m an engineer by training and an entrepreneur by choice. I spent the first half of my career believing that spreadsheets and logic were the only way to win in business.

I was wrong.

The $6 Million Lesson

Early in my career, I helped lead a healthcare company from $1.5 million to $6 million in revenue. We were named the 6th fastest growing company in Canada during that run. I gave the co-founders a blueprint to hit $20 million, and then I moved on to my next venture.

Soon after I left, the business fell apart. The leaders stopped trusting the signals that made us successful and started making decisions based on fear and noise. That collapse was my $6 million tuition. It taught me that while logic builds the frame of a business, intuition runs the engine.

$500 Million in Growth

Since then I’ve spent over two decades helping entrepreneurs avoid that same mistake. I’ve worked with more than 200 entrepreneurs to generate $500 million in growth. giving them a practical decision system that works across leadership, hiring, marketing, and sales.

My goal is simple. You should never have to pay the tuition I paid.

Why I Do This

Every entrepreneur has a signal for their brand. When you ignore it, you drift. When you follow it, you scale.

I am here to help you find that signal, and use it to build something that lasts.

Thrown Into Branding and Trusted My Gut

A struggling restaurant. No branding experience. I trusted intuition over theory and aligned the message, experience, and execution in real time. The result was $250,000 in added revenue in year one and $400,000 by year two. That's when I learned intuition is not a feeling. It's a business asset.

Obsessed With the Why Behind Trust

Results alone weren't enough. I wanted to understand why some decisions built trust while others quietly eroded it. I spent years working with entrepreneurs, studying how intuitive signals form and compound. The goal was simple: identify the signals that make brands trusted or ignored.

The Birth of Intuitive Branding

I applied the framework inside a struggling $1.5 million business. Using intuition to drive decisions and precision to execute, the company scaled to $6 million in under a year. That work became the foundation of the Intuitive Branding Process.

The $6 Million Lesson That Changed Everything

The co-founders ignored the signals that built our success and made decisions based on fear and noise. The business collapsed. That $6 million tuition confirmed what I'd been building toward: intuition isn't optional. It's the engine.
Where it stands now

200 Entrepreneurs. $500 Million. One Process.

More than 200 entrepreneurs. Over $500 million in growth generated. The Intuitive Branding Process is now a published framework, and the book that makes it available to every entrepreneur who has ever sensed something was off before the numbers proved it.

It’s a decision system built on four types of intuition every entrepreneur already has, Experiential, Relational, Situational, and Creative. Learn to read them, and you catch the costly decisions before they cost you.

If things look fine on the outside but feel off on the inside, mis-hires, mixed messaging, team hesitation, slowing momentum, that’s drift. Drift is expensive, and it only gets worse with time. Most entrepreneurs notice it months before the numbers catch up. If you’re feeling that friction, you’re in the right place.

Most branding programs give you a new logo and a new tagline. This gives you a new decision system. We find the signal you’ve been ignoring, the one actually costing you money, and fix that first.

Most entrepreneurs catch their first costly decision inside 30 days. Full clarity, on average, takes 90.

Usually not. Most gaps trace back to trust, and no rebrand fixes that on its own. Find the real signal first. The rebrand, if you still need one, gets a lot clearer after that.

Entrepreneurs in the $500K to $2M range who sense something’s off but can’t quite name it. That gap, between sensing it and naming it, is exactly what this closes.

Take the 60-Second Intuition Scorecard. It shows you which of the four signals is costing you the most, then you’ll see exactly which path fits, on your own, with a coach, or with the team directly.

Most coaches hand you a framework and leave you to apply it. This gives you a way to test every recommendation, yours or anyone else’s, against the signal that’s actually reliable: your own.

Because doing well and leaking money aren’t mutually exclusive. Most of the entrepreneurs I work with are already successful. That’s exactly why the leak is invisible, there’s enough revenue covering for it.

No, those are two of the five places the process touches. It also covers leadership, hiring, and sales, anywhere a costly decision can hide.

That’s fair, and it’s usually the leanest-run businesses that can least afford to keep guessing. Essentials is built to fit around a full schedule, videos and worksheets you move through on your own time.

It’s the sum of verified growth across 200+ engagements, tracked project by project, not a marketing estimate. Ask, and I’ll walk you through exactly how it’s calculated.

That means one of two things: the signal wasn’t followed, or it wasn’t the right signal yet. Either way, we go back and find the real one.

The four types of intuition don’t change by industry. Retail, healthcare, professional services, SaaS, they all run on the same signals. What changes is where the leak tends to hide.

The decisions don’t stop coming just because the program ends. Most clients re-enroll to keep working through what’s next, new hires, new markets, new signals worth reading. The system gets stronger the longer you run it with someone watching your blind spot.
